1. This notice explains what we collect when you play Forever Pets on Meta Horizon Store, why we collect it, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and your rights.

We collect: – Meta platform data (your Meta user ID, display name, age group, purchase status) so the game can run and support multiplayer – Gameplay and device data (session IDs, headset model, OS version, region from IP, crash logs, performance metrics) in anonymized or aggregated form – Optional voice and chat data if you enable voice features for talking to your pet or other players; audio is captured, transmitted, and briefly stored for feature delivery, safety moderation, and abuse investigations – Support information you provide (bug reports, emails, abuse reports)
3. We use your data to: – Provide and run the game, matchmaking, leaderboards, progression, and core features (legal basis: contract) – Improve and secure our services, detect fraud, fix bugs, and understand usage via anonymous analytics (legal basis: legitimate interests) – Deliver optional voice features with your consent; you can disable consent at any time in settings – Comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests
4.
